The bottles are conveyed to the bottle-blocking cylinder position via the conveyor belt equipment and wait for filling. (1) The 8-channel electronic Counting has a single discharge port and is an automated equipment integrating machinery, electricity and gas. It adopts an electrical system controlled by chips and operated through a human-machine interface. It uses self-developed chips and the human-machine interface from German Siemens. The pneumatic components are provided by Taiwan AirTAC.
(2) The electronic Counting is equipped with a vibration device; the vibration machine operates based on the electromagnetic vibration principle; the vibration control system adopts closed-loop control technology, adjusting the output frequency through vibration sensors. It features stable vibration, low noise, smooth drug particle transportation, and a design that allows for vibration coordination. This enables a greater separation of granule, eliminates the occurrence of overlapping drugs, and ensures the accuracy of Counting.
(3) Highly compatible, it can count tablets (including special-shaped tablets), capsules, soft capsules (transparent and opaque), pills and other solid preparations or solid granule.
(4) The inlet of the electronic Counting is equipped with an optical detection function. It mainly detects whether there are bottles in front and if there is any bottle blockage. If there are no bottles, the equipment will automatically stop running. Conversely, if there are bottles, the equipment will automatically start working, which is in line with the automatic linkage function of the entire production line. The body is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and has a fully sealed structure.
(5) Accurate counting: The photoelectric sensor automatically counts, and the bottling error is less than the national standard.(6) Simple operation: Adopting an intelligent design, various operating parameters can be set as needed.
