Technical features
①First workstation: bag feeding; Place prefabricated bags on the bag compartment, which can move up and down. When the bag falls, use suction cups to retrieve it. When it rises, use the two suction cups of the robotic arm to transfer the bag to the mechanical gripper of the rotating workbench.
②Second workstation: Spray code: capable of printing production date and batch number (optional).
③Third workstation: Bag opening: Use four suction cups at the upper and lower parts of the bag to open it.
④Fourth workstation: Filling 1: There is a detection device to check if the bag has come in, and it cannot be unloaded without opening it ,On the contrary, open the bag and unload the material.
⑤Fifth workstation: Fill 2
⑥Sixth workstation: Rotating air blowing+poking material (pressing the material into the bag to prevent material from entering the bag opening and affecting the sealing).
